What are the delivery times ?
The package leaves the warehouse within 1-2 business days. As soon as the package is delivered to the parcel service, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Deadlines depend on the delivery method chosen: for standard delivery, as soon as your order is validated by the warehouse, it should arrive within 72 hours. Your order tracking number will allow you to know the status of your delivery in real time.
What are the shipping fees ?
Orders are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer at the time of his order on the Site, provided that the information relating to delivery is correct.
The Buyer's contribution to the shipping costs amounts, depending on the delivery terms, to:
Switzerland is managed by the Swiss Post. Standard/Economy delivery €8 and Priority delivery €11 per order.
- Standard delivery France managed by DPD, 6€
- Express delivery France by Chronopost, 12€
- Delivery Europe – Chronopost or FEDEX, 14€
- International delivery on request, Base Price 30€
Tip: Group your purchases into a single order to avoid additional charges. Deliveries in Metropolitan France and Switzerland are free from purchases of €60; in Europe from 150€ of purchase and in the World from 250€ of purchase on our site.
In which countries do you deliver?
We ship worldwide. Attention ; when delivering outside Switzerland to non-European or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties, possibly customs clearance costs, customs clearance service costs and possibly sales taxes at the import may apply. The amount of the costs depends on the country of delivery. You are responsible for these charges.
Where can I find my order tracking?
As soon as you have placed your order and it is validated by our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You will find an order tracking link directly in this email. This information is also available in your customer account.
Is the packaging used when sending it durable?
We make every effort to offer you eco-responsible solutions to respect the values and commitments of the brand. Some wedging methods used in our parcels sent to France are based on responsible and reusable recycled textile fibres. Contact us for more information info@pioupiou-cosmetics.ch.
Returns
I want to return my product, what should I do?
No problem ! To make a return, it is best to send us an email to our address info@pioupiou-cosmetics.ch specifying the information related to your order: the order number, the products you wish to return, the reasons for your return and your exchange or refund request. With this information, we can get back to you quickly and process your return. You can request the exchange of your ordered items within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns are your responsibility. Attention, returned products must be intact, unopened and in their original packaging.
How do I change my delivery address?
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation from our warehouse yet, there's still time to change your shipping address! Send us an email as soon as possible at info@pioupiou-cosmetics.ch and we will help you make the change.
What are the conditions for my return to be accepted?
Returned products must be intact, unopened and in their original packaging. If the return is not accepted, we will send it directly to you at our expense.
